In this age of online reviews, it’s simple enough to take a quick look at a selection of recent reviews on Google and Facebook. People don’t hold back, particularly when they were less than impressed. Take look at how the electrician also responded to any negative reviews. We can please most of the people most of the time, but we can’t please all the people all the time!
Make sure the quote is fair
To avoid any unpleasant surprises, always ask for a quote upfront. With the current shortage of trades in Western Australia, some electricians may charge a small fee for a quote so that they can be more efficient serving their customers. Usually these fees are fully refundable if the job goes ahead.
The quote should show parts and labour required for the job, and also mentions any unknown variables that may effect the final fee.
